The Hundreds

Cool, you found something hidden away, slipped out the back of the doors of something that's supposed to be open. But here you are, you and that's fantastically special. Welcome to the club, The Hundreds. Now, let's get to business. To begin with, there are three rules and only three rules. These rules must be followed now that you're in the club.

Rule 1: Do not talk about The Hundreds
Rule 2: You must participate in the hundreds
Rule 3: We do not stop until we are OVER 9000

Is that clear? Ok, we can continue. Below is a list of exercises that were completed with a hundred repetitions or more. You, yes you, are invited to join in on the challenge. Let's get to over 9000 together. As soon as you complete a hundred repetitions of anything - pull-ups, precisions, vaults, precisions, etc, post in the shoutbox of the forums, and post specifically in the shoutbox, "A hundred for OVER 9000!". Do not post anything else regardingThe Hundreds or your shout. Do not answer questions regarding The Hundreds or your shout.Your repetitions will be counted and added once we are notified. Thanks for participating in The Hundreds.
