Updates - Library/Blog Release

Woah! What's this? We are proud to announce the release of two new projects - the Library and the Blog. The Library is a section of the website created specifically for calisthenic exercises. Since going under development in late 2008, the Library has seen over 30 exercises added. From push-ups to pull-ups, abs to quadrupedal, and drills to pylometrics, we have recorded bodyweight exercises that can be done practically anywhere. Check it out by clicking on the "Library" button of the top menu!

BOOM! Now for the second project! The new Blog will be offering something different from the updates. This little branch of NCParkour will give you some insight on experiences, thoughts, and ideas on the disciplines. You'll be hearing from selected community individuals that range from no experience to uber winners. In fact, all of the bloggers are winners except for Bao. We begin with a winner from Charlotte, Nick Faircloth, who writes about an intimate summary of NCPKJX. Check it out by clicking on the "Blog" button! Be sure to leave any comments, concerns, or questions you have on the selected post with our new comment system. We will be submitting posts every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, so be sure to stay updated!

Shamwow! As for the last announcement. Tony worked on the latest jam video over the previous days. Over the course of 4 days, he worked over 8 hours to complete a magnificent modern marvel. Watch it on our YouTube Channel!
